The remaining color after metamorphosis (in abut one hour) is seldom an original wine red. The outcome usually unpredictable. This is fun.

The above are rather silhouettes by only wine but if you make outlines of an object with wine and remain the inside blank (white) and add color later. See below.
Wine outlines are bold (I used coffee stir sticks - 1 stick or 2-5 sticks together) but somehow controllable. This is fun, too.
The colors after dried depends on
1) the wine you use (and drink afterwards) very much and
2) somehow degree of oxidation and
3) how much you use. Thin wine layer keeps its wine red color while thick layer the color becomes dark (which is not necessarily good) or deep in a good way.
